Doing a Turkey breast tomorrow...hopefully it turns out better than the tenderloins did last week!

Will keep a picture log of how the day unfolds! Not using mesquite by the way...going to use some apple! :!:

Well, the 8lb breast is on...melted some butter and then tossed in some garlic and spread it over the top side...then salt and pepper...nothing to fancy on this one.

Using cherry wood for smoke (BBQ'ers Delight pellets) and making some homemade stuffing to go along side. Going to shoot for 235 in the WSM and pulling the turkey at 165* per Mr. Wolfe's directions!

Digital camera cratered this morning so no pics...sorry! :)

Greg, sometimes simplicity is the key!!! When I do a turkey, other than brining them all I do is put fresh cracked pepper all over them. That's it! The cherry pellets should make a much nicer finished product than the previous mesquite wood did! Good luck, hope it turns out good!
