Three racks of BB's on at 2:30 pm. Smoked with Rancher and a couple of hickory chunks along with a small block of a whiskey barrel stave.

For rubs we have TexJoy, Caroline's Sweet Maple and last but not least the new Wolfe Rub Citrus prototype.

Larry, I am ready to purchase some of this one. Thanks for the sample.

I didn't open the lid for five hours. No foil, no sauce and no peeking.

 
Cliff, your missing a rub on your list. Ribs look great, maybe on the next cook I can make the cut as well.
