So I saw Paula Dean make thick tenderloin chops yesterday on the Food Network. Basically she bought a whole tenderloin and cut the size chops she wanted and then rubbed um and topped them with a mango chuttney...looked really good!!
Next time I go to the butcher I am going to pick me up one of those big boys and cut my own! A good idea!! =D>
Kpigout thanks for Inforamtion. I just have one more did you place the paste on before the rub or the other way an how long befor cooking? I would like to know what where they cook on?
