2 pounds ground pork w/ Zats & Wolfe Original...all rolled into..
1 pound thick cut bacon, weaved
WSM Minion Method
On at 10:00am at c. 225°F
Cherry chips for second smoke
-15°C outside temperature
In my tshirt again
This pic here is 1 hour into smoking

They eye? I shut the eye for some hours before the beeper went off.

Just takin the eye up to temp and shoving her into foil until I'm ready to deal with her. She's in some towels as well at the moment, to let her rest. You have any ideas for what I can do with her?
