Fired the drum up this morning for some Ribs for tonight's dinner. Added a package of Italian sausage for lunch too.

Split a sausage down the middle and browned in my CI skillet on the stove.

A slice of Smoked Cheddar and smoked Pepper Jack cheese on some hearty bread

Sausage added.

Then grilled on my newly acquired Panini press.

Served with some leftover 15 bean and ham soup I made last night.

I just put 2 loaves of sourdough bread in the oven. I sure wish I had some of that soup to go with it!
 
Fine looking chow. Now I would put that gizmo to working making Reubens heavy on the kraut. Looks like a George Foreman grill would make a good pannini press. Whut am I missing here?
