Todays cook- smoked bologna first time!

Hey Yall'

I got up this morning to smoke a 9 lbs pork butt some beef ribs and for the first time I smoked a 2 lbs chunk of bologna.
When prepairing the bologna I scored it all over and rubed it down with mustard and put some Wolfe original rub to it and smoked it for 3 hours and boy it is goood!

Hey! that's about what I did, it went like this, two slices of meat, two pieces of white bread toasted just on one side (toasted goes to the outside) miracle whip, just a little mustard, and one beer, and I was really happy.(think may I will get into that before I go to bed)
 
looks delicious... thats one of those that no one knows how good it is till they try it. Nice... I will have a sammich too. :)

It's about gone, it is even better the next day when I fry it to warm it up!
