Todays cook

In accordance with the man law- no pics means no cook.
Here is a couple pics for now, got a porkloin rib back, four butts, a regular porkloin, slab of spares and twelve snow goose breasts wrapped in bacon going.

Will post more pics when done.

Tell me more details about the goose breasts, how long did they cook, temp, etc. Thanks.

Griff they cooked for two hours at 250, soaked them in coca cola first then wrapped in bacon and sprinkled with bbq rub. Internal temp of 160 according to my thermopen, man that has to be the best bbq gadget I've bought yet.

(dangit, this thread dragged me out of lurker-dom)

Cola, huh?

Interesting.

I'll have to drag a bag of snow goose out of the freezer (it's destined for the pepperoni right now) and give that a try.

You must have more liberal limits (and a spring season) than I do?
