I make a very Hoppy beer on a regular basis I have a Scottish Ale conditioning in a refridge, should be ready by October. It is almost a black beer....very strong But smooth
The Ginger beer is super stuff. A real change of pace. No strong flavors came through to the chickens today. I took pics at the end but a had to scramble to get it together and go to work. I will post it when I get home or in the AM.

Here ya go!

Did them at 325* for 2 1/2 hours. Used oak for my wood. Lots of small sticks and some bark to keep the temp in line.

Hopps! What kind of hopps? Cascade would seem a bit mild for a Scott Lager, but I could see it with a yard bird ale.
fftop: but I like it!

I use Chinook Hops for my everyday beer. Used Kent Goldings for the Ginger beer.
