The Chuck Twins!

I saw these lil guys in the meat case and figured I would give chuck a try
They are about 2.5 lbs apiece.


Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnd Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!

A snack while I am waiting...mild sausage from Publix pepper and onion.
Threw on some portabello leftover from last night and pile on the mozzerella on a french roll.

Had a heck of a time logging in yesterday....here is how it turned out

I was going to shred them. But it wasn't as easy as pork so I sliced up the first one. Came out very tastey. The family loved it. Gonna do this again. :biggrin:
