Thanksgiving Ribs

Of the bbq I made for Thanksgiving, the only thing that really turned out good was the six racks of bb's. I was in a pickle cuz I left my rib racks in Texas this summer and forgot about it.

I had to improvise. They were in the smoke for 3-1/2 hours before 3 of the six were starting to give it up. I panned them, back on the drum for thirty min and then rested for about thirty. They were smoking hot when I removed the foil.

My method for this cook was 3.5/.5
