Smoked a Texas Brisket for 15 hours on the 22" WSM . I marinated it in Allegro "Soy & Lime" with Horseradish, and then rubbed it with "Suckelbusters.com "Steak Seasoning".. Sopped it the last 4 hours wuth the left over marinade.. Also used a few hand fulls of Tabasco barrel chips...It came out awesome.. Fixin to slice some and do what Scotty said!!!
