BBQ'd this baby lastnight. Let it go until internal temp was at 175 degrees. Rested and cut. Took some to the nursing home for the poor folks that miss eatin BBQ. It got juicier as I cut to the other end...

Nice looking offset too. What kind is it? What does it take for fuel. Logs, chunks, pellets?

It's a Texas Pit Crafters.
It just has a fire box on the side that you can put wood, lump coals, etc in for fuel. It doesn't have a pellet feeder. :D
