Congratulations on the new pit. The brisket will probably stay there along time. It takes a long time to get it to 195 if that is what you are shooting for even if it is at 160 now. I'm smoking a small brisket today and it is taking alot longer than I thought.
 
After seeing that beautiful rig you got =D> ."WHO CARES" It takes a while to get used to th temps' and every thing else. :!: Enjoy It man :!: Cause' I'll tell ya' what I'd give anything to have a rig like that :!: Even my left nu....... :!: . Well almost anything :grin:

deputy, that food looks great! Man what an even smoke ring in that brisket. Almost looks like you painted it there. The ribs look great.
