Well yall..I love brisket and got cookin it down. It's easy, Low-n-slow, choose a flexable one and talk to it before you throw it on the grate... :D Also, I thank all of yall for being cool and sharing your cookin styles..You made me cook better...God Bless Yall!!!!





 
Looks real fine SS super job, Nothin like beef with a gulf breeze smell
 
Looks good SS. My only suggestion is trimming the fat down to about 1/8" before you cook it. Just a suggestion.

Lookin good. But instead of trimming, I'd cook it fat side down the whole time. Cooks better that way to me.
