I have the smoker going today with a few racks of spares. I am buring apple and oak as usual.

The ribs are done. I was happy with the results.

A practice box was done. The box IMO was good not great. The picture is not the best.The flaws I saw with it are 1-the glaze was not evenly distributed. 2. the lettuce around the edges could have came up higher around the edges and it could have been greener. 3- The cuts could have been more even. Overall not to bad but this year I do not want to loose to may points on my boxes





Cliff I am using the gator. May be it is all in head but I think I get better results with it.
