Sunday dinner

Beer can cheekan, used root beer instead of beer and stuffed the cavities with fresh basil and thyme from the garden. Cooked over lump and a few chunks of apple wood on the WSM. Once baked, once smoked 'taters mashed with sour cream, scallions, sharp cheddar cheese and added a few of those crunchy onion thingies.
Honey glazed carrots with dried cherries and some white wine basil marinated 'shrooms for a snack whilst I waited.
We had perfect weather here all weekend. I hope you guys and girls had the same.

Yum! Do you taste smoke in the potatoes? I've never tried that.
