Since I had the night off I decided to BBQ a beef brisket from HEB Grocery Store. BBq'd for 5 hours at around 290 degrees and then foiled for 2 more hours. Rubbed with Terepin mustard & Sucklebusters Gold dust... Time to eat good today yall.... :D PS: threw a chunk of Pecan for flavor too....8)

Looks real good SS, How much yall payin per pound?
JB, the untrimmed were 0.99/lb and the trimmed were 1.99/lb... I got a nice trimmed one for about $17.00... The 99 centers were way too much fat.. Good for french fries though.. right JB?
