Stuffed pork loin with pics

Cool meal man... How did you stuff them? Just stab the meat and force the sausage /... well you know what I mean,,, :shock:
 
excellent technique....may I suggest/invent using an apple pie
filling core? I've heard that apples and pork go well together.

Make an "X" cut carefully through the middle (I use a very long cerated bread knife), and the frozen sausage/boudain slides right in.

I was going to do pictures of that, but it might have been booted because of the visual thing!

Looks cool, I agree with Cappy. Stuffed pork need something sweet & spicy, Boudin don't have enough spice kick
