Here is my crazy stuffed burger. Used tamales, jalapenos, onion, cheese, and garlic.
Just flatten about 2 lbs burger meat then add the filling. Roll it up and seal the edges, place on the far end of the grill and roll it 1/4 each time the bottom gets firm.
Slice and enjoy!
