Crap - I meant to put that in the vid
It is a variation on a recipe found in the last issue of chili pepper magazine (page 32)
Here's ours - does need a little salt!
4 T whiskey
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded cheese - we use sharp cheddar
1/4 stick butter
freshly ground pepper.
Light the whiskey and let it burn. add cream and cheese and bring to simmer - until reduced by half. then add salt and pepper.
