Just a quicky post, couple of racks of spares seasoned with just Lawry's Seasoning salt, black pepper and smoked on the WSM with a chuck of peach wood added.


Lightly sauced one of the racks with BBQ sauce and finished it on the grill. The other rack with get thrown in the freezer and be enjoyed some other time.
