Nice one! Love the idea for the temp. gauge. did you just drill a hole in the center piece of the wsm? Or more to it?

Those are Guru eyelets. They take the place of the bolts that hold the bracket.

Good video Scotty. Was that one of those silicone brushes? I have a long handle one and a short one. They are great and don't leave bristles behind.

Cliff, probably around 6-7 minutes per side, or until the green parts crisps up.
