I'm thinkin' that could use a little wire brush and maybe a can of hi-heat, be good as new

I would just slop it down with some cheap cooking oil and put a fire in the hole. I have an old pic of my grandparents which has a sign visible in the back ground across the street which say. .."Gay Photography Studio." It also shows a kid looking out the window of the place. The pic was took back in the forties. How old would Puff have been in them days? Hmmmm.
