smoked wings ????

so I'm doing some ribs and a butt tomorrow and my friend brought me a pack of wings to throw on. this is the one thing I haven't read up on. I can come up with a sauce/mop etc but how long should I plan on cooking them?? I figure 3-4 hours? (they are full wings/drums together and are nice and meaty)

I do them with a hot rub and cook direct over coals. Takes about a hour. Not really smoked, kind of grilled. They do pick up some smoke flavor, but that depends on what kind of wood you use. These were done with hickory.

if you smoke them at 200-250 the skin will not get crispy

maybe you could pull them off when they are done (1.5 to 2 hours?) and crisp em up on the grill
