1lb sticks made with a jerky pistol 93-7 ground beef --- Top

3lbs Sirlion Tip ---- bottom left

4lbs Bottom Round ----- bottom right

4-5hrs Mmmmmmmmm

150 degrees --- times n temps may vary slightly with side box smokers...UDS is direct heat

The best meat I have tried was the Sirloin but the most expensive as well..

Almost enuf to make ya sweat but not quite...a bunch of different kinds out there.

Cured for 24 hours in the fridge

8lbs gone in less then 2 days.......
