Looks good JB ...question though. At the 7:02 mark in the vid ... Why are you scratching your meat, and digging into your butt?

No my rod had a knot, I had to untie it...

Good job Boy. Was fixing to watch the movie till the digging for Hershey Kisses narrative presented itself. Was there any nose picking or finger whiffing involved? Those activities sometimes occur in clusters.

Yum!!! P.S. Love the youtube vids. I watch em frequently on my flat screen in the living room through apple tv.

Love the video JB. First time I've seen you using a WSM. What happened to your old antique smoker? Get yourself a pair of rubberized heat gloves and you can lift those pork butts out without them falling apart on you inside the smoker.

The infamous JB. Been watch'n your vids for a while now. Great look'n brisket.

Ready for another crawfish boil vid, are you going to do one this weekend? Hurry up, cause I'm hungry. :x

Great pix and vid, JB.

Use those same gloves to pull the pork apart too, it takes about 5 seconds and then you can throw those bear claws away.

Great video and the food looks great!!!
