I wanted some beef jerky this weekend so I set out to smoke some and ran in all kinds of problem. I was going to start the jerky on Saturday it rained. Today was great but the wife wanted to take the kids to the moves so we went and did that no problem. I now have time to get started on the jerky and it’s been one of those days I had a hard time keeping the temp right but it all worked out. Hear are the picture of the finish product don’t look to hard are you will ask me ship you some.

This is about 10 lb of jerky it took me a little over 6 hours to smoke a 170 temp inside my smoker.

That looks great Link. I like the way you hung them in your pit ~ Great idea!! :(

That looks like it came out great. What cut of meat did you start with and what did you marinate it in? I've been wanting to do this.
