Scotty.........see I told you

Cooked 3 chuck roasts Sunday. I unfortunatly misplaced my WRB after the rib cookoff Bruce and I did. So not having a nice spicy rub to use on the chucks I surveyed my spice/ rub shelf and found some of the chilli powder Scotty sent me over the winter. It was the mild version but still had a bit of a bite to it. Sooooo I figured I'd give it a shot. I'm glad I did.
A little of Uncle Al's sauce with a few pickles and some of the best damn 'tater chips on the planet and..............
