Nothing to do on a Saturday so I decided to smoke and drink beer.

Tri-Tip smoked and will be sliced thin for sammies.


Decided to smoke some Spam and Jalapeno's.


While other stuff was smokin I ate ribs...yum.


Chicken done and will be pulled for tacos.

How did you do the salmon?

I brined the salmon over night then let it sit out under a fan for a few hours. Once it was slightly tacky i threw it on the smoker. Once I see it starting to firm up I take it off. I can send you the recipe if you like.
 
Sounds like a great way to spend a Saturday. Everything looks like it turned out great too, you must have been drinking light beer!!!! lol!
