Saturday Butt

9.53 lb Butt rubbed with my rub and put on the WSM around 8PM lastnight with maple and a little cherry.

This morning after a stir of the coals.

Took it off at 189


Looks to be the juicest one's I've done. We'll see in 2 hours while it rests.
