Pulled the ole' coffin out of the back today and put her into service..


My cuz is comming over with his family..a few racks of BB

Fine looking grazings to me too. Ya done good John. Now I think you got the sausage in a little late of course...:) I dont like to nag on these kinda deals. If everybody like it and nobody biotch that is a good sign. Congrats.

Been a while but still lookin' like good eats from here. ;)
 
BW...you were right..the sausage and ABT's will go in the fridge for a bus work night this week..

The Coffin had its usual temp issues...cruising between 300 and 200 for 6 hours, but despite that, the ribs were real juicy and tender. They reminded me more of a comp rib than the usual mushy falling off the bone that comes out of my WSM and everyone loves. I was supprised at how everyone reacted good to the moistness and flavor. All around a good cook...




And of course, what makes it all worth while..
