Smoked or Grilled Turkey and Chicken breast, whole or ground

Grilled Fish

Lean Beef - Round = Pit Beef

Lean Pork - Loin or Tender Loin = FRESH not enhanced

Bison/Buffalo

VEGETABLES = NO Mac N Cheese doesn't count.

Grilled Fruit

Stuffed Bell Peppers with a healthy meat and brown rice or wild rice

Come on Big Brother, I'm a phone call away...........you're acting like an old man. Oh wait, you are going to be a NEW GRANDFATHER!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Your pictured ribs remind me of how long it has been since I have had them. Fresh baked cornbread with honey, homemade baked beans and corn on the cob would make great side dishes for a wonderful meal.
