Tonight for the 3rd straight night I'm making thighs that have been marinating in italian dressing, then finished with bbq sauce. Now as stated before, I was reluctant to try this because I though that the italian seasoning would not be a good compliment to the bbq sauce but I was wrong.

So...has anyone ever heard of ribs marinaded in italian dressing?
 
There are lots of folks that marinate in Italian dressing, have but not much lately. The vinegar and spices do work well with pork.
