Reverse Sear Steak Attempt #2

OK, had to try it. The Reverse Sear got the best of me. I like it for the following reasons:

- easy to estimate how long slow heat should be on (currently optimising this for various levels of done)

- since high temp sear at the end, easy to estimate when to put veggies on

- external appearance is final time on heat, before a bit of a rest

Let's see if this video works...having problems this afternoon. Let me know if she ain't workin and I'll upload it again.

Great Video - I am going to send the link to my brother. I've been trying to explain reverse sear to him, but I don't think I'm getting through to him! If a picture is worth a 1000 words, a video must be worth an entire book.

How do you like the Napoleon? One of our friends has one and she has asked me to cook for a couple of little parties we've had at her house. I am primarily a charcoal guy, but I gotta admit, her's is a nice grill on which to cook!
