Reheating Whole Butt vs Pulled

I think that pulling the butt first makes reheating easier and the temp is more consistant throughout the meat. I also think it is a great time saver when you are reheating for an event. Lots of things can extend the time it takes to plate the food. Why not have one step completed before you even start?
 
I would think the outside of a butt would dry some reheating whole. I like to reheat pulled.

Now that doesn't make sense. It takes longer to reheat a whole butt so thats more drinking time! :LOL: What are you gonna do while it reheats? :LOL:
 
Thanks folks. I'm not big on reheating so I'll just get up at 0 god hundred Sunday and do them for that afternoon.
