Pulled Pork Sammie w/ Mango BBQ Sauce

Smoked a couple of Birkshire pork butts yesterday. This sammie is the first use of the pork. Mixed it in a fry pan with some home made Mango BBQ sauce and heated it through. Toasted a sesame seed bun to hold it. It ended up being a pork sloppy joe. Very nice flavor.

The pork flavor is nice but not that much different than what I've done in the past with regular pork butts. By the time you sauce the meat and add whatever for your pork sandwich, you can't tell the difference.
 
Looks really good! I think I'll be skipping the Tamworth Hog butts and shoulders. However, I'm sticking with the Tamworth baby backs.
