Cooking took about an hour. Temp was over 400F.
 
Pulled chicken? That just has the background noise of some kinda un natural act involving farm boys and barn yard avians. Is there any kinda odd stuff yankees won't eat?

What's with the temperature probe? The thermocouple is generally right in the very tip. You are getting grate temp with the placement in the pics. Chicken looks good.

I pulled the probe after 10 min due to it reading the grate temps. Great catch :D
