I posted a reciepe that I copied from the TVWBB this morning that Chris A. posted about pig candy. I made it this weekend and it was great.
 
I've made it a couple of times, but I try to put it out of my mind. I can eat a slab of that stuff without sharing. I'd say it's great to vac pak and freeze for other recipes, but there's never any left to freeze!

Good stuff whether you bake it, smoke it, or grill it.
 
Yeah thats what I did. I just finished breakfast, then ate 1/2 pound of it! If I do that a few more times I'll look like Larry's avatar!
