Took orders from some co-workers for thier Christmas Eve Dinners. Got 6 racks of Baby backs, 4 butts and a 15lb apple brined turkey that went on at 07:45 this morning. Its around 30* outside but Petunia is a toasty 250*.

Dat's alot of meat brother! Looking good brother! You need to put some Wolfe Rub on that meat!
