not farmed fish

A friend dropped these off last night. They are getting grilled later today. From ocean to grill in less than 24 hours. Mrs. G is an expert at fileting.

Ok isee them now! Wow that looks great! I was raised on (ocean) fish in Long Beach CA. My old man was a huge deep sea fisherman.....not the kind who fish with nets though. We always had great supply of wahoo, dorado, grouper plenty of tuna in a can and tuna steaks as well as black sea bass. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........... how I miss those dinners!

Looks yummy! happy 4th
