Went and got a 3 1/2 lb chuck last night and this morning put a little rub on it. I also saw a Jimmy Dean Sage sausage and wanted it for a fatty today. I went through the produce section and saw some lovely Jalaps. A plan has come together!

Started at 9:30 am Pit is chugging along at 200* to 220* Gonna shoot for about 6pm dinner and snack in between as the fatty and ABTs finish.
Outside is a lovely 82* with a lil breeze 8)

Thanks GH
It was nice like that yesterday but dropped 30 degrees overnight and is 56 degrees now. Brrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!

Looking good GH. I was wondering if you would be posting some pics this week. :D

Temps dropped here also. Nice to not have bugs for a change. ;)

The Sage sausage came out just a lil bit ago. Real mild. I like it. Maybe it is not so mild, maybe the ABTs have burned the crap outta my taste buds ;)
More research...and Granny Smith Woodchuck Cider!

That's it! Got to do a chuck now. What temp did you pull it of at? Looks grand!
