Found this little bugger on Craigslist for $25 so I bought it, figure I can use it for camping and for when I’m not in the mood to fire up one of my other smokers. I’m trying it out today with a few pieces of salmon that I brined and a couple hunks of tuna I let soak in a sweet Asian sauce. If it works out then I’ll keep it and maybe modify it so I can regulate the temp etc. I’ll post some pics later.

Both the salmon and the tuna came out pretty darn good.

Toby, those Little Chiefs get a lot of work in Alaska during salmon season. I'd bet half of my friends own one. The other half have smokers or smoke houses. How ya been?

Howdy Griff. All is well and sorry I’ve been away from the forum for awhile, life was getting in the way:D I noticed my stock pile of pork and other meats is getting low i. The freezer so I’ll be smoking and posting more later. Hope all is well and best to you and the family.
