I have been really busy at work but I get out there every weekend to freeze lol.
1st they had loin back at BJ's so I snagged a pack, they came out really good sept I lost 1 rack to the floor
...I ate it any way lol
Then I pick up some nice st spares they where awsome almost 5 hrs at 275, also made smoked wings for a snack while we waited, also 275 for 2 hrs then deep fried in beef fat for 3 min....best wings I ever made

Then wife said If I make any more ribs she will kill me lol, so I did chickens this last week, I did one chicken split rubbed my normal way, and 1 chicken with the Big Bob Gibson recipe for smoked chicken dipped in White Alabama sauce, just salt, pepper, smoke and when they are done you dunk the whole chicken in white sauce and also serve sauce on the side. If any one has not heard of this or tried it...you must as my pic shows Its so good I ate half a chicken before we even dished up with sides lol...how ever looks plain but great.
