Havent taken any recent photos but my cooking has improved. Last time I cooked I was going to take pictures but the wife stole the batteries for the Wii :) but here goes. These are mostly last summer and fall and are by no means professional some are even cell phone pics. Thought this might be a decent way to introduce myself after saying hey in the new guy forum.

Dont know if anyone knows Shores on here but he is a buddy of mine and we q'd up some more brisket, ribs, pork butt and a few mystery meats like spam. Which to my surprise is delicious after smoked for an hour or so. I believe he may have some pics I will get him to throw them on here.

I should have sent that Elk Sirlion Tip to you, I didn't care for it much. I probably should have made steaks out of it instead of smoking it whole.
 
I used the WSM 22 and could fit probably at least 2 briskets 2 slabs and 2 5 to 6lbs pork butts on it. It holds alot of meat. I have a New Braunfels barrel smoker that might hold half that. The big smoker at the beginning is a homemade smoker my uncle made for the first American Royal in the 80's. He placed but didnt win grand champ or anything. He still uses it and it works well. We put 16 slabs of spare ribs with the trimmed meat on it and it worked like a champ.
