Looks great Chris! I just got back from Costco, picking up 2 packages of baby backs. One for the freezer and one for Saturday. We're having our association beach party on Saturday and a couple of the neighbors challenged he to a rib cook off, should be fun!

Lookin good chris, what kinda rub and glaze did you use??

They were rubed with my rub. 95% of the time when ever I do beef or pork Ill use my rub. The glaze was a amaretto mustard glaze. That I came up with the other week when I was trying to find something different to do with my glaze. Maybe Ill post the recipe later. We shall see 8-[
Nick that rib cookoff sounds like fun. Good luck :!:
