Seems this is good reason to buy meat that came from a a slaughter house like Scotty posted "I Found This Interesting".

Seems like the author has an agenda as far as grass fed organic...as for the section on nitrates and cured meats....nitrates are naturally found in veggies and fruit..

I would be disgusted if it didn't have the word meat in meat glue and it didn't show so many picturs of delicious meat. Now nitrates in veggies... now way am I eating that stuff now - sticking with meat!
