"Magician" Cookston

WHAT!!!! I just watched the epsisode of Triple D and Mrs. Cookston was on. Watched her de-membrane a rib. HOW THE HE double Hockey Sticks did she do that. I am thinking of buying a case of loinbacks to see if I can do that.

Add cooking with her to by BBQ Bucket List.

No one at a bbq party would give a Crap about that... They just want to eat and drink.

It's done with smoke and mirrors, 'specially for TeeVee.

Seriously, when you've skinned as many racks of ribs...back a couple of years when I was prepping and cooking lots more ribs than I am now, I could trim and de-membrane a rack in less than a minute each slab (I think...)

Same-Old, same-old. Practice, practice, practice.

BOB
You need to watch Melissa trim a whole hog...
