This morning cooking breakfast, I cooked the bacon for about 30 min really low temp. Does anyone else find their low and slow cooking techniques bleed over to their indoor cooking?
 
Sometimes, lol. Not with bacon though, I normally cook that in the oven on some cake racks in a pan. Turns out right every time.
 
Yep. It pisses my wife off to no end. "When's dinner gonna be ready?" "In about 15 hours, better have a snack."
