Looking for Ideas

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for some different ideas of what to grill this weekend. I'm not sure if I want to grill or smoke, so any suggestions?

I have a pretty great butcher here in town that can get me whatever I ask for, so shoot me some great ideas.

I've been eyeing that pepper stout beef one for a long time.

A little late here but : Jumbo shrimp stuffed with crab wrapped in chickin wrapped in bacon. I glaze with a terryaki glaze. Killer. I got it from dave kloses site a few years ago.

Captain Morgan invented those AND Klose Pits. When are people going to start giving Cappy his due? At least Fatz changed the name to Captain Morgans Pig Powder......there's a guy that knows how to sell a product and NOT deliver!
