happy 4th to all my BBQ brothers. we had a fish feast today, lots of good food thought I would share some pics:
brined some salmon (water, salt, brown sugar, brags liquid aminos and various spices) for 4 hours
after some drying time it was brushed with maple syrup and rub
some cod hit with salt, pepper and dill waiting to be grilled

for desert the old stand by Crème Brulee
